By taking a short stroll you can reach: a range of pubs, which at night are crowded by young people; the characteristic ‘a piscaria’ fish market; and the Monday Fair (‘a fera ‘o luni’), so-called because, in the past, it was opened only on Mondays. The fair is now open every day except Sunday. At ‘a fera ‘o luni’ you can re-live the old times of buying goods by haggling in the midst of the sellers’ shouting.
